The European directive 2014/47 has been introduced in Belgian law by the Flemish and Wallonia government, resulting in an important change in the obligations of all parties involved in road transport. KVDS.be organized, together with lawyers PONET & DE VLEESCHAUWER, a breakfast meeting on February 8th 2018, highlighting the importance of this new legislation. The event was followed by more than 150 people.
